Your Declaration of Income and Assets should have been filed by 4pm on March 29th, 2019.

The Integrity Commission was established under section 106 of the Montserrat-Constitution-Order-2010-SI-2010-No-2474.  This Commission comprises three members, who are charged with the responsibility to promote the highest standards of integrity and competence in public life in order to ensure the prevention of corruption or conflicts of interest.   The Commission is governed by the Integrity in Public Office Act 2010.   Individuals who are required to file a declaration must complete a Declaration of Income and Assets form and submit to the Commissions’ Secretariat on an income (calendar) yearly basis.
